Our inspiration is continuous learning and engagement with the markets we serve, the talent we represent, and the teams we build. The Cloud & Infrastructure Architect is responsible for defining and designing the technical architecture that supports a hybrid infrastructure strategy. .This is a senior, hands-on role requiring the ability to independently design complex solutions, build proof-of-concepts in live environments, and collaborate closely with engineering, data, and security teams to translate business needs into scalable, resilient infrastructure Design and maintain cloud landing zone architecture, including subscription strategy, network topology, identity and access management (IAM), governance frameworks, and hybrid connectivity (e.g., private networking, VPN, or direct connectivity solutions).Assess existing cloud environments and lead re-architecture efforts to align with best practices, scalability, and operational maturity goals.Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies for hybrid environments, including failover design, recovery objectives (RPO/RTO), replication strategies, and site recovery solutions. 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, including at least 5 years focused on cloud and hybrid environments.Demonstrated expertise in designing cloud landing zones, hub-and-spoke networking models, and enterprise-scale governance frameworks.Deep knowledge of cloud networking, including private connectivity, routing, network security, and hybrid DNS strategies.Strong experience designing disaster recovery solutions for hybrid systems, including site recovery, failover strategies, and multi-region architectures.Proven ability to define and implement infrastructure governance standards (naming, tagging, RBAC, security baselines) across teams.Hands-on experience building proof-of-concept environments to validate architectural designs.Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Excellent documentation skills, including creating architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and operational guides.Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) to deploy and manage resources.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks commonly applied in enterprise environments.Preferred Qualifications
