Cloud Architect (Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA) We are currently recruiting a Cloud Architect for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. The Cloud Architect is to ensure that the Enterprise cloud and compute technologies align with the vision, strategy, and roadmap established by the Commonwealth’s C-Suite leadership and that the provided solutions meet agreed agency and external customer requirements and service levels. This position is hybrid, 1 day per week at the client’s offices in Harrisburg, PA. Lead the Cloud and Compute Architecture and Engineering Team and provide direction, strategic alignment, and champion best-practice policies for the design, delivery, and management of Enterprise Cloud and Compute technology systems and services.Establish and align Enterprise technology needs and standard offerings with the vision, strategy, and roadmap established by the Commonwealth’s CIO and CTO.Interpret technology and market trends to assist their Director, Commonwealth CIO, and CTO with Enterprise technology foundations and product roadmaps.Establish a team culture that unifies the IT teams across the different agencies.Foster and maintain a customer-oriented environment as a service provider.
