Cloud Infrastructure Architect (onsite)

Work Setting: Candidates are expected to work full-time and primarily onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) core services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases, as well as cloud architecture principles such as high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and disaster recovery; Experience with cloud security best practices including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and compliance frameworks; Experience with networking concepts including VPC design, routing, DNS, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity; Experience with system administration practices in Linux and/or Windows environments. Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions; Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues in production environments; Experience automating processes through scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash); Experience monitoring, logging, and performance tuning using AWS-native and third-party tools; Experience leading technical teams and coordinating solution delivery; Experience architecting and implementing enterprise-level cloud solutions aligned with organizational goals; Experience with Postgres, Aurora, Cosmo DB, SQL Server Experience with JavaScript, Cloud Shell Experience with Azure AD Federation Services/Entra ID, Identity and Access Management AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification. Serves as a technical lead and subject matter expert for AWS cloud solutions, providing guidance to development, infrastructure, and security teams on best practices and architecture standards.
