We are currently seeking a talented Cloud Solutions Architect to lead our cloud operations team. This role is essential for ensuring that our enterprise cloud solutions are securely managed and aligned with agency policies.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer, which will become final upon successful contract award, position availability, and receipt of necessary authorizations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic technical leadership for ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations. Align cloud architectures with established enterprise standards across IT and OT environments through our Enterprise Architecture and Governance function. Maintain architecture artifacts and governance documentation to support compliant cloud operations. Coordinate monitoring and incident response to ensure reliable and secure cloud service delivery. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to facilitate effective testing and production readiness. Integrate cloud operations within change management and release processes for seamless lifecycle coordination. Incorporate cloud platforms into disaster recovery planning and continuity of operations efforts. Oversee cloud cost management and provide insights for optimization aligned with budgetary goals. Support IT service management objectives, enhancing service delivery frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives. Track service performance against SLAs to ensure transparency and drive improvement. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required. Demonstrated experience in architecting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in an enterprise setting. Proven leadership experience managing a team of engineers. Hands-on expertise in cloud operations and lifecycle management. Experience with incident response and production operations in mission-critical environments. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP. Proficiency in cloud cost management tools and optimization strategies. Strong technical documentation skills for governance materials. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or IT infrastructure, including 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud platform certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect). Experience in federal government environments. Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM frameworks. The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000.
