The selected candidate will provide support and mentorship in the engineering and sustainment of an AWS-centric cloud brokerage. Ideal candidate will need strong experience with cloud architecture, Dev Sec Ops , IaC, Containerization, Zero Trust, and AI.Within driving distance to Mechanicsburg, PA is preferred.Responsibilities Essential Job FunctionsProvide guidance on Secure Computing Architecture, Cloud Brokerage Services, Shared Security Services Management, Cloud Security Support Services, Cloud Governance, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) coordination, and Departmental Cloud/Hybrid certificationProvide leadership/participation in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles in the development of workflows, task accomplishment, and implementation/management of cloud servicesProvide mentorship, guidance, and training for government personnel as a normal part of daily operationsIncorporate Security Controls, Continuous Monitoring, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST SP 800-37, Security Risk Impact Analysis, Monitoring, and ReportingBe cognizant of Vulnerability Management, including Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) closuresPromote an environment of continuous process improvement, learning, and team collaborationAuthor formal service evaluations, architecture decision records, and design documentation that determine which AWS services are approved for tenant consumption within brokerage, including security posture, IL4/IL5 constraints, cost, and operational impactQualifications Necessary Skills and KnowledgeExcellent customer service, organizational, and technical writing skillsAbility to clearly communicate with senior government staffAbility to articulate complex concepts using plain language to maximize understanding at all levels of the organizationAbility to de-escalate any technical issues and quickly enable rapid resolutionDemonstrated hands-on experience with IaC such as AWS Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, and TerraformDemonstrated hands-on experience with Containerization Orchestration such as ECS and EKSDemonstrated hands-on experience with commercial, FEDRAMP High/ DoD Impact Level 2, 4, and 5 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gov Cloud offeringsDemonstrated hands-on experience with cloud network architecture, including VPC design, subnetting, routing, and cross-account / cross-VPC connectivity with large multi-account environmentsProactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Information Security and Assurance Principles and associated supporting technologiesFamiliarity with Secure SDLC, CI/CD, and version control (Git) workflows including branching, code review, and release managementMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related fieldComputing Environment Certification - AWS Certified Solution Architect AssociateInformation Assurance Technical II (IAT-2) qualification - CompTIA Sec+Minimum 5+ years of experience in the following areas:DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF)DoD Authority to Operate (ATO)DoD Zero TrustProven success with application refactoringProven success in large, complex, enterprise-level cloud environmentsNetwork cloud architecture developmentDoD information system development processesConfiguration and change managementSecret ClearancePreferred Qualifications AWS Certified Solution Architect ProfessionalAWS Certified Advanced NetworkingAWS Certified SecurityExperience in Machine Learning and Generative AIRelevant AWS/Azure certificationUnderstanding of, and experience with, enterprise service migrationAdditional IAT-2 qualifications: CAP, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GCIH, or GSLCTop Secret PreferredPay And BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $ to $ annually DOE.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
