Commercial Architect proficient in Revit

Responsibilities:

Conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and space planning.

Develop a complete set of documents and drawings to convey the design vision, in detail, to establish a budget

Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space

Coordinate the collection of data with Architect and Project Manager

Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships

Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

Must have Architect License for the state of Florida

Architectural Drafting Revit: 2 years

Commercial Construction

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial architectural or interior design

Responsible for the daily progress of construction documents development

Knowledge of furniture periods and Architectural styles, with excellent color sense.

Proficient in Revit

Strong understanding of codes affecting the design and documentation of their products

Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to build client loyalty

Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines, and coordinate with all others

Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with all levels of employees, management and outside parties.

Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills

Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity

Must be quality minded and self-motivated
