As a Commercial Design Architect at STITCH, you will be expected to: Basic knowledge of the construction process and administration.Strong experience in construction document production and detailing.Excellent communication skills, both graphic and verbal, to convey ideas effectively.A strong ability to research, diagram, and ideate to build compelling design concepts under an Architect's supervision.Proficiency in creating stunning visual representations through sketches, 3D renderings, and diagrams.A holistic view of concepts considering code compliance and constructability.Collaboration as a core value, inspiring inclusivity within the team.If this resonates with you, we encourage you to apply! A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.Proven design experience in similar project types and structures.Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.This position is an exempt role, reporting to the Commercial Architecture Studio Leader, primarily based in our office with occasional site visits required.
