Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and project teams, promoting best practices in project management and architectural delivery. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, scopes, and client presentations as required. Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing commercial architecture projects, including significant experience with retail and big box formats. Proven track record of successful project delivery across schedule, scope, and budget; experience with AIA contract documents and change order management. Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, construction means and methods, and permit processes.
