Join our team as a Commercial Solutions Architect where you will play a key role in driving customer success through innovative technical solutions. Identifying customers' business goals and challenges, and devising tailored technology solutions.Acting as the primary technical resource during sales engagements.Maintaining and achieving OEM certifications in your area of expertise.In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Account Executives to better understand customer objectives and create advanced technical solutions. Recommend appropriate technologies and products, crafting architectural solutions for sales opportunities.Serve as the technical point of contact, guiding customers through their technical inquiries and proposal processes.Provide input for proposals and statements of work, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and consultative skills while collaborating with customers and team members.Utilize professional-level presales engineering skills and an in-depth understanding of at least one specialization such as Data Center, Collaboration, Security, Microsoft Modern Workplace, Cloud, or Route/Switch/Wireless.Understand and articulate the strengths and opportunities within Red River's offerings.Qualifications: Exceptional technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technical information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages.Strong understanding of customer business outcomes and industry-specific knowledge.Proficiency in the sales process and effective collaboration with Account Executives.Ability to relate technology solutions to customer business problems.Skilled in developing detailed implementation plans (SOW) including project timelines and validations.Capability to demonstrate solutions within your area of technical strength.Strong relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and partners.Commitment to continuous professional development through maintaining and acquiring additional OEM and industry certifications as required.Previous experience in commercial sales and solution development.Essential Elements: This office-based role requires remaining stationary for multiple hours throughout the workday and engaging in continuous communication with colleagues using Red River's approved tools and equipment.
