Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain the compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance standards
Conduct market pricing and analyze internal equity to ensure fair compensation practices
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and maintain data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Expertise in compensation analytics and market pricing
Experience with job architecture, job codes, and pay bands
Knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
Proficiency in systems integration, particularly with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS
Experience leading annual compensation cycles and structural updates
