The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting enterprise-scale virtualization platforms, storage solutions, Windows domain architecture, and cybersecurity compliance requirements while working in classified environments. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, administer, and maintain virtualization and storage platforms.Support VMware, ESXi, vCenter, Horizon VDI, Hyper-V, and related infrastructure technologies.Manage enterprise Windows environments, including Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and Certificate Services.Perform system administration, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.Administer backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, and access issues.Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, project managers, and end users.Maintain security auditing and logging requirements for classified systems.Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, standards, and security controls.Support technical planning, architecture design, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.Work independently while providing technical leadership across multiple teams.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 12+ years of related experience, ORMaster's Degree with 9+ years of related experience, ORHigh School Diploma/GED with 16+ years of related experience.Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance and SAP/SAR access.IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or higher).Experience architecting virtualization and storage solutions.Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.Experience working in secure or classified environments.Preferred QualificationsCurrent Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance.VMware certification and advanced virtualization experience.Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Horizon environments.Experience with VDI technologies and Hyper-V.Knowledge of SAN storage systems including NetApp ONTAP and E-Series.Experience with Cohesity, PPDM, or enterprise backup solutions.Experience supporting containerized environments.Familiarity with RMF, STIG, JSIG, ICD 503, JAFAN, and DCSA security frameworks.Expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and PKI infrastructure.Primary SkillsVMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenterVirtualization ArchitectureWindows Server AdministrationActive DirectoryStorage ArchitectureSAN AdministrationNetApp ONTAPHorizon VDIHyper-VCohesityPPDMSecurity+ CERMF / STIG / JSIGInfrastructure EngineeringSystems ArchitectureEnterprise IT OperationsClassified Systems Support
