Position Purpose Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Maintain liaison between contractors, project managers, and consultants.Responsible to the client and Cromwell firm in meeting contractual obligations.Responsible for construction terms and agreements with clients and contractors.Monitors resources in a way that is compatible with company goals and objectivesWorks with team members on multiple projects for major clients.Other duties as assigned.Some travel is required Experience in Cost estimating and construction processes Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication with leadership team, contractor, and design team in a professional mannerAbility to read and interpret construction documents and specifications, for complex projects, to monitor contractors' compliance with design intent, construction schedule and applications for payment.Excellent time management and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
