CONSTRUCTION ARCHITECT

Responsibilities: Contribute significantly to all phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution 5+ years of professional experience architecture Licensure required Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing and construction methods Excellent design, communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Our experienced staff will listen carefully to your employment needs and then work diligently to match your skills and qualifications to the right job and company. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Contribute significantly to all phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.Develop innovative, context-sensitive design solutions that respond to client needs and site conditions.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and integration across disciplines.Produce clear, accurate, and code-compliant architectural drawings and specifications.Oversee and review work of junior staff and interns, providing mentorship and guidance.Attend client meetings, site visits and inspections; prepare meeting minutes and field reports.Research materials, products and systems to inform design and detailing.Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, ADA regulations and sustainability goals.Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
