Role Description The Construction Foreman at Archinova Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Killeen, TX. The Foreman oversees daily construction activities, coordinates crews, and ensures work is completed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress, and addressing issues that arise on the job site. The role also involves reading and interpreting blueprints, inspecting completed work, managing materials and equipment, and communicating updates to project managers and other stakeholders. The Foreman supports a safe and efficient work environment and helps maintain schedules and budgets for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Strong construction trade skills, including Civvil, MEP and hands-on site supervision.Experience with Quality Control practices to ensure work meets standards and specifications.Ability to operate or oversee Heavy Equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.Effective Communication skills for coordinating crews, reporting progress, and working with clients and stakeholders.Foundational knowledge of Civil Engineering principles related to site work, structural elements, and infrastructure.Previous experience as a construction foreman, supervisor, or lead in residential or commercial projects.Working knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices; ability to enforce safety policies on site.Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions in the field.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in construction or engineering are beneficial.
