Construction Manager – Staff Architect

The successful candidate must have experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities. Required Skills and Knowledge Shall have the ability to proactively notify the Government of any violations and/or potential impacts of any aspect of risks involved in the project and assist in preparing and updating the risk management plan. Must be proficient with reading and interpreting construction documents, as well as communicating effectively with project construction team members.
