**Responsibilities but not limited to:**
* Develop and coordinate architectural layouts, space plans, and construction documents for new store and renovation projects using AutoCAD
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate design requirements and resolve project issues
* Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements
* Support project planning, permitting, bidding, scheduling, and construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle
* Conduct site visits and field verification as needed to evaluate existing conditions and support design development
* Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
**Qualifications/Skills:**
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 2+ years of professional experience in an architecture, design, engineering, or construction-related environment
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
* Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, or other visualization tools is a plus
* Solid understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and construction documentation
* General understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural coordination
* Strong spatial awareness and attention to detai
* Ability to read and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings
* Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple disciplines
* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of following projects through from planning to completion
* Previous experience with retail, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale interior/architectural projects is a plus
* Experience with project management, construction administration, permitting, or consultant coordination is a strong plus
* Korean and English bilingual proficiency is preferred

**Salary Range:** $58,900 - $86,400
