Construction Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities but not limited to:**

* Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation
* Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects
* Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process
* Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets
* Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages
* Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors
* Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
* Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings

**Qualifications/Skills:**

* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
* 2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
* Eligibility for legal employment in the US
* Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
* Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
* Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
* Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $73,800
