Construction Site Project Manager – Residential Single Family

We’re an established architecture firm and home builder based in Rhinebeck, NY. We’re looking for an amazing construction site project manager manager to join our team to assist managing our current and upcoming residential development construction projects. The position works closely with our Construction Manager for site and project management as well as with procurement, architects and leadership. We love what we do and have fun doing it. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction projects in the Dutchess County, Hudson Valley NY area, in coordination with Construction ManagerCoordination with construction contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architecture and creative teams for updates and timeline managementMaintain weekly schedule of trades, communicate schedule, site visits to ensure adherence to scheduleUpdate project management system schedules (BuilderTrend)Oversee construction sites & site safetyOversee means and methods, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, in coordination with Construction Manager and architectsRead specs and drawingsCoordinate the submittal and change order processWalk the site and provide QA / QC, in cordination with QC leadProvide project progress updates and pictures, in coordination with site assistantManage and sequence construction sites and trades to project schedules, in coordination with Construction ManagerIdentification of construction and timeline risks and opportunities to ensure overall delivery success, in coordination with Construction ManagerAssign and oversee staff carpenter for general site related activitiesAttend leadership meetingsEngage with homeowner clients as neededEnsure smooth project progression and exceptional build outcomes, in coordination with Construction Manager Qualifications: 2+ years of construction management experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsGreat with a spreadsheet, project management tools and related software preferredDegree / equivalent or greater, in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture; Construction Management or a related field preferredMust be local or able to commute daily to Northern Dutchess County, Rhinebeck, and the greater Mid Hudson Valley area Compensation: $80,000 - 90,000 - commensurate with experienceHealth benefitsPTO
