Construction Superintendent

Overview We are looking for candidates for Projects located in different cities of Texas like Killeen, Bastrop, Uhland and around Austin. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project scope and specifications.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resource allocation.Oversee quality control processes, inspecting work for compliance with design specifications and industry standards.Manage project budgets by assisting in construction estimating and tracking costs throughout the project duration.Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters, and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure all work complies with safety standards by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety meetings.Prepare progress reports, manage project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.Supervise a team of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising C-store / Gas station projects.Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, project scheduling, and contracts management.Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus.Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and coordinate multiple trades on-site.Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations such as OSHA standards.Ability to read technical schematics and utilize testing tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting, planning, and documentation processes.
