Review complex Tenant Improvement (TI) drawings to spot clashes between architectural layouts and heavy MEP/structural modifications before they impact the schedule. Deep, practical knowledge of California Building Code (CBC), heavy commercial interior framing, and complex industrial life-safety systems. Contract & Compensation Structure Monthly Professional Retainer: $8,500 – $12,000 per month (covers up to 60 hours of dedicated monthly site presence, rapid RFI drafting, and active clash coordination).
