Join us as a Contract Job Architecture Analyst to play a crucial role in our Job Architecture Modernization initiative. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in job architecture or a strong background in business operations and data analysis. Your expertise will help us analyze, structure, and standardize job families, levels, and career frameworks throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cleanse large datasets using Excel and HRIS to support architecture design and implementation.

Document job architecture frameworks, leveling guides, and governance processes for effective use.

Assist in implementation activities by mapping existing roles to the new architecture.

Create and maintain Excel models with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation to aid in decision-making.

Collaborate on cross-functional projects by organizing data, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy.

Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

Thoroughly document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.

Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights across workforce data.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
