Oversee installation and commissioning of building automation control systems.Troubleshoot, repair, and program building automation control systems.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems, control devices, computer operations, and electronics.Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Use direct digital controls, manage airflow and hydronic systems.Implement IT networking, analytics, and building controls technologies.Essential SkillsMinimum 3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.Proven track record of creating and maintaining Gantt-based project schedules with consistent on-time delivery.Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Visio and CAD software for system diagrams and equipment layouts.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Siemens technology.Ability to use project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.Work EnvironmentWork occurs in mission-critical data centers and K–12 educational facilities, environments that require reliability and precision.
