We are seeking an experienced C ram Architect (also open to Application or Solution Architects) to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for large-scale enterprise case management solutions using the IBM C ram Business Application Suite.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Define, maintain, and lead the overall architecture for large-scale IBM C ram implementations, ensuring best practices.Solution Design: Translate business and functional requirements into detailed system, application, and process designs.Artifact Development: Design and maintain C ram artifacts, including Rose Meta-models, Java server code, UIM screen definitions, and server components.Technical Oversight: Lead architecture reviews, provide input for project estimation, and guide development, testing, and deployment teams.Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with BAs, developers, and PMs to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of the following technical and architectural skills:

IBM C ram Architecture: Extensive experience with IBM C ram Business Application Suite architecture, framework components, and development artifacts.Enterprise Design: Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, technical leadership, and designing large-scale C ram solutions.Java Development: Deep knowledge of Java-based application development and enterprise architecture standards.Technical Documentation: Proven experience creating technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution design documentation.Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to serve as the primary technical authority across diverse teams.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)Experience supporting Medicaid, Health and Human Services (HHS), or social services programs.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.Experience with system integration, cloud technologies, and enterprise security standards.
