Creative Strategist

Position: Creative Strategist I We are in search of a Creative Strategist to join our team who will be actively involved in the marketing production processes associated with producing persuasive RFQ/RFP responses that support new business opportunities across multiple service divisions. This includes and is not limited to responses, interview presentation layouts, leave behind brochures, and various other materials. You’ll also play a key role in working alongside project teams to turn complex ideas into standout marketing materialsYour Impact:Organizes, coordinates and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittalsin accordance withthe PBK brand standardsActively involved in the development and management of regional marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and database contentDirects and coordinates input from architects, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure cohesive andaccuratemarketing deliverablesCoordinates work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.) and consultantsTechnicalresourceand coordinator for projects,requests and presentationsAssists marketing department with special projects as neededHere’s What You’ll Need:3+ years of technical A/E/C industry marketing experienceAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in the Adobe InDesign applicationAbility to interact with management,project team members,external client organizations,and vendorsWorking knowledge of PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements and templateStrong oral, written, and English communication skillsExcellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skillsAbility to self-assess and commanda high levelof accuracyHere’s How You’ll Stand Out:Advanced skills in Adobe Creative SuiteA background in graphic design, contentwritingand/or proposal production.The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
