No c2c or w2 referrals Requirements • Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C# and WinForms • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices • Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Enhance existing applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance Desired Skills • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming • Experience with scripting, automation, or backend development
