Leads agency initiatives to set the technology direction. Leads the implementation of technology governance within the agency and across the vendor community. Establishes best practices for IT and vendors in developing and deploying agency system and solutions; including leading the development of IT non-functional requirements for vendor developed systems. Represents the agency in cross agency initiatives within the state as well as with other health-related agencies at the local, state, and federal level. Hands on experience and current skills in two or more areas: System Engineering, DevOps, Security, Networking, Application Development, Data Intelligence, Infrastructure Services, or Database.
