Documenting process flows and translating high-level renewal decisions into detailed requirements, the full-time Customer Success Process Architect (PA) will work remotely to enhance customer success initiatives. Key responsibilities Develop and document process flows for customer success operations Translate high-level renewal decisions into actionable requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer success strategies Required qualifications Experience in customer success management or related field Familiarity with Gainsight is a plus Strong analytical skills to assess and document processes Ability to work independently in a remote environment Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
