A company is looking for a Customer Value Architect in Portugal. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers Work closely with customers to drive the adoption of the platform and ensure it meets identified business outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to define business cases and ROI metrics, while identifying opportunities for expanded platform use Required Qualifications Significant experience with enterprise account engagement and client management Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is preferred Experience in software engineering or relevant technical fields Experience in developing customer value and ROI frameworks aligned with business priorities
