What You'll Be Doing Design, deploy, and manage an organization's data architecture to ensure it supports strategic mission goals and visionCreate a supporting vision and blueprint for data management systems, from initial design to long-term maintenance of the data environmentDevelop an overall short term (next 2 years) and long term (5-7 year) organizational data strategy aligned with business or mission processes and strategic mission goalsDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data models to guide data structure and flowCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical functionality and ensure data accessibilityImplement and audit security measures to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with governance policiesPlan and execute large-scale data solutionsManage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from platform selection to testing and implementationWhat You Bring LaunchTech is built on a single standard: Excellence, Period.
