Join our dynamic team as a Data Center Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and engineering some of the most advanced data center facilities. As you grow your experience, you will independently manage complex engineering tasks from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with a team of designers and engineers, fostering engagement with clients and subcontractors to create cutting-edge data center designs.Plan and execute work that requires careful judgment and selection of architectural techniques.Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality assurance in all design aspects.Review and verify the accuracy of technical calculations conducted by team members.Cooperate with other designers in creating layouts, technical designs, and construction documents.Actively participate in project meetings to help address concerns and develop solutions across various disciplines.Champion project quality reviews at internal and external levels.Support field construction activities by reviewing submittals and responding to inquiries from clients and contractors, including conducting site visits.Deliver technical and business presentations, effectively communicating ideas and solutions.Execute quality reviews on work completed by peers.Assist in the creation of proposals, budgets, and project timelines.Bring your passion for innovation and expertise to make a significant impact on the world through your work.Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture.Experience in designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities.At Jacobs, we are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
