Data Center Project Architect

In this role, you will conduct research, program, plan, design, and oversee building projects. Your expertise in architectural design will leverage your knowledge of zoning, building codes, systems, and materials. Additionally, you will mentor and guide less experienced Architects and Designers, collaborating closely with technical and engineering teams.

This position offers flexibility through a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. while integrating in-person collaboration at a local Jacobs office for team meetings.

You will play a crucial role in all phases of projects, from planning to construction administration, ensuring that we maintain companywide quality standards. Your ability to work with technical leadership and engineering leads will be vital in realizing design intent and achieving successful project outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering excellence in all project phases, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Understanding building codes and their application to industrial facilities. Evaluating scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing timelines. Leading small architectural teams and ensuring effective collaboration across multiple disciplines. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Professional Architectural License, with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states. A minimum of 5 years of professional Architectural Design experience. Expertise in REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite. Preferred Qualifications:
