Job Title:Delivery Architect (Azure Solutions) Location:Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, Local Only) Visa:USC, GC only Role Overview: The candidate must be highly skilled in Azure PaaS, Azure Containers, and enterprise integration, with the ability to critically evaluate solutions and proactively address risks. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end solution delivery in alignment with enterprise architecture (EA) and InfoSec standards.Provide architectural oversight, delivery planning, and execution guidance across multiple projects.Lead integration and solution design using Azure PaaS and Azure Containers (not VMware).Ensure compliance with established frameworks, standards, and patterns.Partner with business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals and objectives.Act as a delivery lead by proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring on-time delivery.Collaborate with developers, architects, and executive leadership to ensure consistent communication and alignment.Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving to evaluate solutions rather than being a "yes" person.Quickly learn organizational frameworks/patterns and drive delivery teams to completion.Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in solution or delivery architecture.Proven expertise in Azure Cloud Native solutions, including Azure PaaS and Azure Containers.Experience with enterprise integration solutions; Dynamics 365 exposure a strong plus.Strong delivery planning, oversight, and execution management skills.Enterprise-level background with experience working within mature EA standards.Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with the ability to flex communication style for developers and executive leadership.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills.Self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives proactively.Preferred Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Familiarity with large-scale enterprise frameworks and patterns.Knowledge of InfoSec requirements and compliance frameworks in Azure.
