Delivery Architect, RWD

Norstella supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the full drug development lifecycle — from pipeline to patient. The RWD Delivery Architect will be a core technical contributor to Norstella's Real-World Data platform, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical data pipelines that power commercial, market access, and HEOR analytics for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will bring expert-level command of Apache Airflow and Python to a team that builds at the intersection of healthcare data complexity and enterprise-scale engineering — contributing directly to the reliability and innovation of Norstella's RWD delivery infrastructure.
