Design and Architecture Manager

This position will report to the Director, Design and Architecture and coordinate day to day with dedicated Project Team members on specific projects. Assist and coordinate with Project Team the selection and procurement of select furniture (soft seating, foot court seating, hold room seating, landscaping, waste receptacles, etc; Assists with the development and review of Owner related contemplated scope changes as they relate to the work; Participate in deficiency inspections for the various project phases; record defects and assess the value of work to be corrected; Assists with contract administration, reporting and progress tracking of the work including the contractual closeout documentation required to obtain substantial performance of the work by AOR/EOR; Other tasks and activities across the Vantage network of airports in support of architectural design and construction elements; and Other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position may be assigned Ability to work cross-functionally with impacted stakeholders Strong capabilities in reporting and analysis are matched by strong communication skills Demonstrated experience in project management and implementation, program management, change management, and business systems experience Knowledge of local construction regulations, permit requirements and approval processes.
