As a Design Architect in our Advanced Facilities group, you will play a vital role in designing state-of-the-art buildings, including those for mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of architectural design with a focus on creativity and practicality.Plan and execute projects requiring thoughtful judgement, selecting appropriate architectural techniques and standards.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality assurance by meticulously checking personal work and the work of peers.Take charge of your workload, meet commitments, and uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness.Develop leadership and mentorship abilities by guiding junior designers and engineers.Lead design projects by overseeing a team, managing layout development, technical designs, construction drawings, and specifications.Participate in project meetings, addressing concerns and collaboratively resolving issues across disciplines.Champion quality reviews and promote best practices within internal and external teams.Bring your passion for architecture, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit, and we will support your growth as you help create extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.Professional Architecture license in the U.S.A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant architectural experience.Familiarity with building codes and specifications.Proficient in Revit and other design software.Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications:

Registered Architect license.Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks.Background in designing semiconductor, mission-critical, life sciences, or advanced facilities.LEED accreditation.Willingness to travel as needed.Salary Information: The salary range for this position is between $69,500.00 and $95,500.00, influenced by experience, skills, and location.
