Responsibilities Develop conceptual drawings and sketches to communicate design ideas effectively, both independently and as part of a team. Ensure all design work aligns with Bass Pro Shops’ brand identity and commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of design experience in an architectural firm. Detail-oriented with the ability to check documents for accuracy and consistency with project goals. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor.
