Design Architect Specialist

Your role will be pivotal in supporting business development, engaging with clients, and enhancing design quality.

In this position, you will:

Conduct architectural design and analysis with confidence, using sound judgment to select and adapt techniques to meet project needs.

Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards in your work and reviewing the work of peers.

Manage your workload effectively, delivering results in a timely and accurate manner while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Develop your leadership skills by mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative architecture teams.

Proactively advance workflows and embrace new technologies to improve architectural practice.

Lead design teams on selected projects, creating technical designs, construction drawings, specifications, and models.

Engage actively in project meetings to help the team resolve challenges and collaborate across disciplines.

Participate in quality reviews both internally and with external partners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Professional Architecture license in the US.

Minimum of 7 years architecture experience.

Familiarity with building codes and specifications.

Proficiency in Revit.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work onsite for construction activities.

Ideally, you will also have:

Experience in semiconductor, life sciences, bio pharma, or other advanced facilities.

Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks.

LEED accreditation.

A willingness to travel.
