Design Architecture Professional Intermediate

Produce comprehensive Construction Document sets including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that meet industry standards and client specifications. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Master's degree in Architecture or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in Architecture. As an alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in Architecture. Autodesk Revit to develop and manage complex Building Information Models (BIM) from schematic design through the issuance of construction documents. Ability to assist in the architectural sections of the Basis of Design (BOD) by synthesizing Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) into a foundational design narrative.
