Design-Build Firm: Project Architect

This person should also possess a solid understanding of construction methods and detailing while demonstrating an eagerness to learn, strong listening and communication skills in collaboration with clients, consultants and other team members. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture, 10+ years for a senior position NAAB accredited bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture Licensed (or pursuing license) in Colorado Experience in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Lumion, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Project a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of environments including with clients of varying types, with the ability to listen and help determine their program requirements and overall project vision Strong programming, design and problem-solving skills Excellent graphic communication skills.
