Lead the creative and technical design vision of projects from concept through construction documents and execution.Direct and guide design teams while collaborating with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, MEP, and BIM teams.Review and approve design concepts, presentations, technical documentation, and project deliverables.Ensure projects meet the highest standards for quality, schedule, budget, building codes, and regulatory requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop architects, designers, and consultants.Serve as a key point of contact for clients and participate in client presentations, meetings, and project discussions.Drive design excellence, innovation, and consistency across projects.Resolve complex design and project challenges while maintaining the overall vision, quality, and integrity of the work.Collaborate with project leadership to ensure successful project execution from design development through completion.Qualifications 📈 Variable Compensation: 10%–30% of annual salary based on individual and company performance objectives.
