As a key player in this dynamic team, you will be responsible for: Leading the Design Practice group to promote digital enablement programs that optimize design workflows.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration of various technologies and communicating project goals to stakeholders.Establishing standards, workflows, and training programs to champion the adoption of digital design technologies across the organization.Managing and mentoring a team of design practice specialists by creating an inspiring work environment that promotes teamwork and communication.Assisting with the development of documentation and best practices related to design technology.Presenting insights and results to both internal and external audiences as required.Participating in marketing and business development efforts from a technology perspective.Minimum Qualifications:
