DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate and contribute during all design phases
Participate heavily in project documentation and consultant coordination
Assist Project Managers and Project Architects with construction administration

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Proficiency in the following software is preferred:

Revit
MS Office Suite
Sketchup
Lumion
Photoshop is valued

Effective verbal and written communication skills in a construction industry environment

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution
0-5 years of experience
Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Retail experience preferred, but not required
