TETER is seeking a talented and motivated Design Professional to join our collaborative architecture team. Note: Candidates will be considered for the Design Professional level that best aligns with their qualifications and experience. Placement may be at the Design Professional I, II, or Senior Design Professional level.

What You\'ll Do

As a Design Professional at TETER, you\'ll support architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation. You will:

Draft and develop architectural drawings using REVIT and BIMAssist with specifications, submittals, and project coordinationParticipate in field verification and data collectionCollaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain qualityCommunicate proactively and take ownership of your workWhat You Bring

We\'re considering candidates at multiple levels, so whether you\'re just starting out or have a few years of experience, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have:

A bachelor\'s degree in architecture, construction, or a related field2–5 years of experience in a professional design firmProficiency in REVIT and Microsoft OfficeA desire to pursue California Architect licensure (AXP enrollment preferred)Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with construction documents and architectural principlesCompensation & Benefits
