Design Project Architect

Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, or a related field (required).Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, or a related field (preferred).Licensed Architect with over 6 years of professional experience in Architecture.Experience managing diverse project types; experience in collegiate projects is a plus.Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, jurisdictional procedures, construction materials, specifications, and construction techniques.Proficient in construction document preparation and field observation.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and various 3D modeling software.LEED accreditation is preferred.Able to manage multiple concurrent projects at various development stages.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client relationship management.Why Join Us?
