Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Perform technical reviews of projects to assess constructability, examinedesign details, perform quantity takeoffs, and recommend constructionsequencing and logistics and provide architectural analysis. Review and evaluate project specific designs from architectural standpoint,program intent, contractual obligations, division of responsibilities, anddeliverables. Review and assess project documentation such as drawings, basis of designdocuments, specifications, reports, and shop drawings related to architecture. Perform ADA and barrier-free reviews of design documents.
