Founded in 2014, GOAI is a collaborative studio of architects and design professionals delivering what we call Fabled Service — thoughtful, innovative solutions rooted in partnership and purpose. With more than 30 years of combined experience, our award-winning leadership team brings deep expertise in K-12, Higher Education, Civic, and Private sector projects throughout California.

We are seeking a talented design professional who is ready to contribute, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, design-forward role where you will:

Contribute to schematic design and concept developmentProduce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentationCollaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teamsCoordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirementsResearch and develop creative solutions that balance design vision with real-world constraintsSupport projects across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on educational environmentsYou’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team where initiative is valued and good ideas are heard.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUpExperience with architectural drafting and construction documentationUnderstanding of applicable codes and industry standardsStrong coordination and client communication skillsAbility to balance creativity with practical problem-solvingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitecturePrevious experience working on educational projects is preferredMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about thoughtful design and delivering meaningful client experiences.
