Design Technology Manager

Origo Works is a vertically integrated real estate, architecture, construction, development, brokerage, leasing, and property management company headquartered in Brownsville, Texas. We are seeking a highly motivated Design Technology Manager to lead our firm-wide design technology practice and help shape the future of architectural delivery at Origo Works. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring teams, improving workflows, implementing AI and computational design tools, and elevating the technical excellence of the entire studio. Work directly with leadership. Include examples of both design work and technology leadership, such as BIM standards, templates, workflows, training materials, or computational design exercises.
