In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll contribute to creating environments that inspire personal growth and innovative design, working across all project phases from concept through construction documentation. Firm Contribution • Contribute to Hanbury’s Holistic Design process by aligning work with our Vision, Design Excellence Criteria, and client goals • Help manage risk, schedules, and project documentation • Promote firm culture and core values through collaborative teamwork and continuous improvement with clients and internal team members • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field • 0–5 years of experience in an architectural or design office • Strong design sensibility and technical drawing skills • Proficiency in design software, such as Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp • Demonstrate strong graphic design skills to develop compelling presentations, diagrams, and visual storytelling that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders • Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmentally responsible design • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Willingness to learn and contribute across all project phases • Graphic expertise is strongly valued • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy, hybrid environment • Competitive compensation • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Employee Stock Ownership Plan • Disability & Life Insurance • FSA/HSA options • Generous Paid Leave (based on your experience) • Paid Family Leave • Educational Benefits • Working with an industry leader that values people!
