OJB Landscape Architecture is seeking Designers.OJB Landscape Architecture is a leading landscape architectural design firm with offices in Houston, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, and San Diego. Experience should include demonstrated success in project design, development, with construction documentation experience.Job Responsibilities:Preparation, coordination and completion of design and construction document packagesDevelopment of creative technical solutionsCoordination of design and engineering sub-consultantsDevelopment of project specificationsParticipating in project meetings and demonstrates competent understanding of assigned projectsAssisting with preparation of client presentations, plans, design studies and drawings, construction documents with supportAssisting with preparation of site analysis and conducts technical research as directedIdentifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely mannerResponsible for 1-2 special projects (technology, office management, file management, etc. )Job QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:BA or MA in Landscape Architecture or Architecture0-4 Years Professional Experience in the Field of Landscape ArchitectureEmployment history in a fast-paced, design-driven studio environmentExperience working with project teams to produce documents for complex projectsAn attention to detail and problem-solving abilityProficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and/or Rhino, and MS OfficeProficiency in drawing conventions, file management, time reportingFamiliarity with Vector Works, Land F/X, Revit, Lumion and/or D5 is a plusApply OnlineAt OJB, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants.
