The Designer supports the architectural design team through all phases of a project, from concept through construction administration. Architectural degree from an accredited universityMinimum 1 year of architectural design experience preferredProficiency in Revit, including advanced editing, drawing setup, and file managementUnderstanding of construction documents, drawing organization, and architectural terminologyFamiliarity with CAD/Revit fundamentals such as layers, plotting, dimensions, viewports, and file maintenanceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyProfessional, respectful demeanor with clients, consultants, and team membersMotivation to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case.
